Sizing & Fit
• All hats feature an adjustable snapback closure or fitted cap. All our hats are OSFM unless noted otherwise on the product description. 

Returns & Exchanges
• Please contact us at elevationwoodworksok@gmail.com with in 2 days of receiving your order so that we can work together to resolve any issue. After 2 days, the discretion to resolve the issue lies solely with Elevation Woodworks.
• If your hat arrives with damage, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Artwork & Intellectual Property
• By submitting artwork, logos, or design instructions, you represent that you own or have secured the rights to use all submitted materials.
• Elevation Woodworks shall not be held liable for infringement claims related to customer‑provided designs.

Lead Time & Production
• PREMADE HATS - Although products may show IN STOCK on the website, there is a possibility they may not be available. We do our best to maintain accurate on-hand numbers, however, we can not predict the inventory levels of our supplies on hat blanks and leather/leatherette. In the case of any discrepancies, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to update any delays. At that time, the customer can either wait for the backordered hat to come back in-stock, chose another colorway of the hat, request a full refund or store credit.
• CUSTOM HATS - typically ship within 5–7 business days after order confirmation if all products are available. Stock can run out before accurate on-hand numbers are reflected on website. For this reason - all custom orders will refer to the email/phone correspondence between customer and Elevation Woodworking on the timeline. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
• We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has left our facility. We will do our best to provide the best delivery service available, however, once the shipment has left our facility we have no control. Please contact us if you experience any shipping issues so we can work together to resolve an issue and/or make sure future shipping issues do not occur.

General Liability
• Elevation Woodworks’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the hat. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
